These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services related to the creation and delivery of 360-degree virtual tours. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

1. Services

We provide professional 360-degree virtual tours for properties, businesses, and other spaces. Our services may include:

• On-site photography and videography

• Editing and production

• Hosting and embedding of virtual tours

• Custom branding and interactive features

2. Booking and Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for ensuring the location is clean, accessible, and ready for capture at the agreed date and time.

• The client must obtain all necessary permissions to film or photograph the property and any individuals present.

• Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

3. Payment Terms

• Pricing is agreed prior to the start of the project.

• A deposit may be required to confirm a booking.

• Final payment is due upon delivery of the completed virtual tour unless otherwise stated.

• No refunds are issued after the service has been delivered unless agreed in writing.

4. Ownership and Usage Rights

• Upon full payment, the client is granted the right to use the delivered 360° virtual tour for commercial and marketing purposes.

• While we retain rights to showcase the work in our portfolio or for promotional purposes (unless agreed otherwise), the client may freely use the content on websites, social media, and digital platforms.

• The client may not resell, sublicense, or alter the tour in a misleading or unlawful way without written permission.

5. Hosting and Access

• If hosting is provided by us, the virtual tour will be accessible via a unique URL or embed code.

• Hosting is included for the agreed term (e.g., 6 months, 1 year), with options to renew upon request.

• We are not responsible for temporary service interruptions or downtime caused by third-party hosting providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for losses resulting from misuse, third-party access, or interruptions outside our control.

• Clients are responsible for lawful use of the virtual tour and ensuring proper permissions for public distribution.

• We are not liable for any legal disputes arising from unauthorized use of property or likenesses in the tour content.

7. Data Protection & GDPR

• We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applicable in the European Union.

• Any personal data collected is used solely for service delivery and communication.

• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

• We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law or explicitly consented to.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts.
